Oh, Mimi is amazing, as always. And your wife has got LOVELY hair!
I'll become the "mother" (well...) of _two_ cats by the end of the month. A friend of mine died in December (people simply shouldn't be allowed to just go ahead and die at the age of 36, but I guess what I think and Whoever-runs-Kosmos does are not always compatible) so her cat will live with me now. He's uglyfunnycute in a lovely way, so there'll be plenty of picture material as soon as I'll get back to my old happy/perky (hawdeehawhaw) self again. Funeral this last Friday, so I still suffer from a total lack of energy.
I do love the not-wife's hair. She cuts a few cms off every couple of years and that is it - only when it gets a bit unwieldly.
I am so sorry to hear about your friend siv. If it is small comfort her cat will have a good home.
It goes to show that life can be so unfair. What sort of world is it that someone like Pinochet reached his 90s. I really do hope you are feeling happier soon.
